Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bawsebeautyorganic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
